Front Desk Specialist

As a Front Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and assist with inquiries to create a memorable experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes.
  • Manage guest reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
  • Handle guest payments and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
