The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations of the resort’s guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will manage housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Assign cleaning duties and inspect rooms and facilities for quality and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special cleaning requirements.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
