Accommodation special rates include:

1. Accommodation
2. Continental buffet breakfast at Mandarine restaurant
3. Access to the resort's pools and to the private beach
4. Private Parking
5. VAT and city tax
6. SPA

Check-in: 15:00  |  Check-out: 11:00

PAYMENT TERMS

• A deposit of 100% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
• This deposit is non-refundable.

PAYMENT METHOD

• Payments are accepted via Credit Card.
• At check-in, all guests must either:
  • Provide valid credit card details, or
  • Leave a €100 cash deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Before Check-In
   • The 100% deposit remains non-refundable.
   • No additional charges will apply.
2. No-Show or Early Departure
   • 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
   • No refunds will be issued.
3. Changes to Reservation
   • Changes to dates, number of guests, or other details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

Subject to availability:

• Until 14:00 → 40% of room rate
• Until 15:00 → 60% of room rate
• After 15:00 → 100% of room rate

POOL & BEACH POLICY

• Family Pool: Open to all guests; families with children are welcome.
• Zez Pool: Adults-only. Access permitted only for guests aged 18+.
• Batos Pool: Entry available only with prior reservation. A minimum spend applies.
• Private Pool: Access is available exclusively by reservation and requires payment of an extra fee.
• Beach Area: Umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach are reserved for in-house hotel guests.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSUMPTION & DAMAGES

• Guests agree to pay for all consumptions (e.g., minibar, room service, restaurant, bar, pool, etc.) and any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
• In the event that a guest leaves the hotel without completing the check-out procedure, the hotel reserves the right to charge these costs directly from the deposit/credit card guarantee provided at check-in.

BILLING INFORMATION

If you require the invoice to be issued in the company's name, please inform us in advance of the execution of the agreement.

OTHER

If you have any special requests such as twin beds or a baby crib, please inform us in advance.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

1. Children 0–4.99 years old can be accommodated free of charge in all types of rooms. (Baby bed available on request)
2. Children 5–11.99 years old can be accommodated for free in the Junior Suite, Family Junior Suite, and Family Suite room typologies within the maximum capacity of these rooms.
3. Only one extra bed is allowed in family rooms, at an additional cost of 7,000 ALL.
