Bell Captain

The Bell Captain is responsible for managing the bell staff, ensuring that guests receive excellent service in handling their luggage and personal belongings. You will oversee guest arrivals, departures, and ensure smooth luggage handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise bell staff and ensure that they are providing excellent guest service.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of luggage and packages.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about resort amenities.
  • Ensure all guest luggage is handled with care and stored securely.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in bell service or guest services in a resort or hotel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
