Host / Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you will welcome and assist guests at our resort’s venues. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for each guest’s experience by delivering warm, genuine greetings and ensuring seamless seating arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with a welcoming smile and personalized attention;

  • Manage  reservations via phone, email, and booking systems;

  • Coordinate seating to optimize flow and maximize guest satisfaction;

  • Maintain an organized and efficient waiting list during peak periods;

  • Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service;

  • Uphold the resort’s standards of appearance, etiquette, and service;

  • Support other front-of-house operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a host/hostess, receptionist, or guest services agent in a luxury environment preferred;

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to remain composed and gracious under pressure;

  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., SevenRoons) is a plus;

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus;

  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays;

  • Professional appearance aligned with luxury resort standards.
