Reservation Specialist

The Reservation Specialist will handle all aspects of guest bookings, from inquiries and reservations to modifications and cancellations. This role ensures that guests’ needs are met with accuracy, and that all reservations are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and assist with making reservations.
  • Manage reservations in the hotel management system, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure special requests and requirements are met.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and overbookings while maintaining a positive guest experience.
  • Provide guests with information about the resort’s facilities, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
